The operating capital of PSP is made up of B$5,000,000.00 represented by one thousand (1,000) common shares par value B$5,000.00 (five thousand B$) fully paid and one million (1,000,000) preferred shares par value one hundred B$100.00. The 1 million preferred shares are deposited in Banshares Account at FUNDAMENTA to back the underwriting of the one million Doblón.

El capital operativo de PSP está constituido por B$5,000,000.00 representado por mil (1,000) acciones comunes de valor nominal cada una B$5,000.00 (cinco mil B$) totalmente pagadas y un millón (1,000,000) de acciones preferentes por valor de cien B$100.00 cada una. El millón de acciones preferentes se depositan en la cuenta de Banshares en FUNDAMENTA para respaldar la suscripción de un millón de Doblón.

“PORT SAE La Fortaleza” Is the Historical Legacy that manifests the clamor and unites the greatest of all the crews where they exist so that our voice is transmitted with the greatest of enthusiasm from all ports of the 7 seas encouraging them to set sail to PORT SAE bringing us the riches the greatest gathering and of treasures safe to La Fortaleza from where they are. Whose emphasis is on promoting, assisting and accrediting the Cultural, Art, Sport, Trade, Industry and Tourism heritage of all the countries of our America and the rest of the world who are silent witnesses on each and every one of those after their deeds works or actions, have raised the pirate flag throughout history.
